Over the many years of competing, Signe often had to withdraw from competitions due to injuries, which ultimately ended her career. She kept her passion alive for figure skating by developing a sport specific fitness program called Figure Skater Bootcamp, which ultimately helps skaters prevent injuries and improve performance on the ice. Signe is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a certified personal trainer.
