Critics
For true movie lovers, critics, actors... Asianet Film Awards have 0% value. These awards are conducted just for the sake of TRP. The year 2017 award winner proves the value of Asianet Film Awards. This year Malayalam movie was enriched by movies like Kammatipadam , Maheshinte Prathikaram , Guppy to name a few. Maheshinte Prathikaram was a simple yet masterfully made movie with each frame an art. Guppy was a totally different movies with an unorthodox theme and superb acting without a star at its helm. But there was not even a critical mention for these movies in Asianet film awards. And some awards are given to people who came from asianet family itself. Almost all award shows are designed for entertaining audience.
