Biography

He was born on September 12, 1961. He won $100,000 on Star Search in 1992. He was spotted fleeing the scene of an attempted rape in Pasadena City College in Pasadena, California on May 6, 1997. He was arrested on May 7, 1997 at his apartment in Hollywood, California. The court released him on bail and he left for a trip to the Caribbean. He was arrested when he returned at Newark International Airport in Newark, New Jersey on May 13, 1997 when detectives in Omaha, Nebraska connected him to a similar rape at the University of Nebraska.

He had a consistent method of operation in each of the rapes, he covered their heads so they could not identify him, he asked about their sexual history, engaged in anal sex, used his own saliva for lubrication, and he asked each of the women to pray for him afterward.

He was prosecuted and convicted in Kansas. He appealed his conviction to the Kansas Court of Appeals in 2001 on the grounds that his DNA was not a perfect match, and the victim told police that, even though her face was covered, she thought that her attacker was white. The conviction was upheld. His projected release date is in 2033.
