Haragunge Bazaar is a century old market, located at heart of North Howrah, at Aurobindo Road, Salkia. It is under renovation. A new mall is there on top of existing market. The mall has major brands and several restaurants and a three screen multiplex, and premium office space. Aurobindo Road and Dobson Road are commercial streets in Salkia. Jelia Para Lane is the posh residential area in Howrah.Both these areas are dotted with restaurants and Air conditioned markets.
