Bruno Carlo Oggioni ([bruno carlo oggioni]; born 7 July 1983), better known as Dr. Shiver, is an Italian record producer, musician, pianist, DJ, remixer and label manager. He started working in the music business in 1999, conceived his own record label Art&Music Recording in 2002 and opened the homonymous recording studios based in Italy in October 2012.

Early life
Bruno Carlo Oggioni was born in Milan, Italy in 1983, to an Italian father and mother.
Career
He began learning piano as a self-taught when he was 5 and, then, he studied Hammond organ, keyboards, harp and synthesizers. He performed along with both Italian and international artists, such as Alexia, Lucio Dalla, Angelo Branduardi, Marvin Floyd, Little Louie Vega, Ray Bryant and B.B. King. He performed in Europe in occurrences like the La Maddalena Music Festival, the Ascona Jazz Festival, the Noto Blues Festival, the Lago Maggiore Jazz Festival. With a classical, jazz and blues background, he then approached dance, pop and R&B music and began his career as a producer and songwriter. In 2002, Dr. Shiver conceived Art&Music Recording, independent dance record label and recording studio based in Italy, offering audio/video/web and graphical services. In 2009 he produced the single Tu Vida by Keyla Espinoza that was broadcast live in the entire nation during the Festival Show with more than 2 millions viewers and more than 30 thousands people attending the event. in 2012 he discovered and signed the Russian trio Serebro with their multi platinum record Mama Lover. Together with his production trio Doc M.C., Dr. Shiver has released several dance singles. The song Catch Me was presented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013, and most of their Progressive House tracks have reached high positions in the Beatport charts. Dr. Shiver gained full support from many fellow international DJs, such as Mastiksoul, Danny Ávila, John Christian, Morgan Page, David Guetta, Avicii, Ummet Ozcan and R3hab. In september 2015, after the historic 1992 version by Frankie Knuckles, Dr. Shiver has released the first official and authorized remix of You Got The Love by Candi Staton. Dr. Shiver has been chosen as Music Producer of the Italian Talent Show TOP DJ (Sky Italia and Italia 1) in all three editions, working to the production of all the singles released by the finalists of. In the 2016 edition, he has worked with the show supergroup, composed of Federico Poggipollini, Sergio Carnevale, Marco Castellani, Andy Fumagalli e Alex Uhlmann. His single 'You Got The Love' has been chosen for the soundtrack of the Aftermovie of TomorrowWorld 2015.
