Willisburg is a home rule-class city in Washington County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 304 at the 2000 census. The center of population of Kentucky is located in Willisburg.

Demographics
As of the census of 2000, there were 304 people, 109 households, and 68 families residing in the city. The population density was 570.4 people per square mile (221.5/km²). There were 119 housing units at an average density of 223.3 per square mile (86.7/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 92.76% White, 5.92% African American, and 1.32% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.33% of the population.
There were 109 households out of which 21.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.1% were married couples living together, 8.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 36.7% were non-families. 34.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 23.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.20 and the average family size was 2.86.
In the city, the population was spread out with 34.2% under the age of 18, 8.2% from 18 to 24, 18.8% from 25 to 44, 20.1% from 45 to 64, and 18.8% who were 65 years of age or older.
