Real Ispat & Power Limited (RIPL) is an integrated steel and power manufacturing firm based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. It has grown under the leadership of three brothers, Rajesh Agrawal, Umesh Agrawal and Ramesh Agrawal. The company manufactures sponge iron, billet, TMT rebars, wire rod, H.B. wire, binding wire, galvanized iron (GI) wire and eco bricks. Its one of the main product is GK TMT rebars.

RIPL, the flagship company of the Real Group, was incorporated on October 4, 1999, as Real Ispat Pvt Ltd, with the objective of manufacturing steel. It was reconstituted as a limited company with the current name on May 6, 2005. The company's final products, thermos-mechanically-treated (TMT) bars, wire rods, and steel wires are sold under the GK TMT Rebars brand.
RIPL's subsidiaries are Shivalay Ispat and Power Pvt Ltd (SIPPL) and Real Power Pvt Ltd (RPPL). API Ispat and Powertech Pvt Ltd (API) is the latest addition to the Real Group. All five plants of the Real Group are in Chhattisgarh, with its head-office in Raipur.

Rajesh Agrawal – An elite social personality, an activist, a visionary and an experienced businessman with a career spanning almost 3 decades. His business acumen has led the company through all its successes and has entitled him as a "chief mentor" of the company. He is an honored recipient of the prestigious "Silver Star" medal from the former President of India, His Excellency Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, along with awards from the Chief Minister and Governor of the state of Chhattisgarh. He has also been awarded and recognised for his unwavering commitment and dedication towards social welfare by many national, social and business institutes. He is the Chairman of ‘Maharaja Agrasen International College’, a Patron of the ‘Akhil Bharati Agrawal Sammelan’, a mentor of the ‘Bharat Scouts & Guides’ and an International Trainer for Jaycees. He is a science graduate, a double MA and has studied Business Administration. Immense experience, inspirational leadership and motivational management are his key traits leading the company towards new milestones.
Umesh Agrawal – A visionary and a man of high calibre, he leverages his managerial and technical expertise to the daily operations of the company. His career of well over 2 decades is a testimony to his vast experience and he is known as a leader in the business fraternity of the state of Chhattisgarh. He is the Former Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), CG region. He is the Ex – Vice Chairman of Chhattisgarh Sponge Iron Manufacturers Association (CG SIMA) and an Executive member of the Chhattisgarh Steel Chamber. He is also the Vice Chairman of ISKCON, Raipur. He is a graduate in Commerce and Legislative Laws. He knows the nerve of the business and the tricks of the trade, giving the company a clear competitive edge.
Ramesh Agrawal – A true entrepreneur who has been a part of the Steel Industry since 1991. Well versed with the latest technology and the changing business environment, he looks forward and has led the company across various platforms through trades and sales. He is currently the Vice Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), CG region. He is the Former President of the Entrepreneur Organisation (EO) Raipur, Executive member of Chhattisgarh Steel Re-Rollers Association, Former President and Asstt. Governor of the Rotary Club of Raipur Cosmopolitan and a member of Rotary International. He is a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering. His capabilities and leadership qualities have always helped move the company towards its vision.
Real Care Foundation and CSR activities
The group and its promoters have taken a significant step towards developing and maintaining a NGO called Real Care Foundation, in which, issues like child care, women’s welfare, educational and medical care are a priority, and are offered totally free of cost to their employees. They run a seminar hall and a library named Vrindavan in the city centre for almost free of cost. They have also developed and run an old age home called Chitavan.
