Rajkumar is an Indian actor, acts in south Indian languages. He has acted around 50 Malayalam films. He started his film career in Tamil film Soolam Directed by M Bhaskar. Then with Mammotty in Thrishna, a 1981 Malayalam film. In 1982, he acted in Malayalam film Aranjaanam directed by P Venu as the lead actor.

Background
Rajkumar was born in Chennai in a Royal family. He is the son of producer Shanmugha Rajeswara Sethupathi and Leelarani. Tamil actress Latha is his elder sister. He finished a two-year acting course at the South India Film Chambers.
He is married to Tamil actress Sripriya in 1988. The couple have daughter, Sneha and son, Nagarjun. He produced a Tamil film Malini 22 Palayamkottai in 2013, which was directed by his wife Sripriya.
