The Rugby Club Unterföhring is a German rugby union club from Munich district, currently playing in the Regionalliga Bavaria and with a second team in the Verbandsliga Bayern. It is based in Unterföhring, the closest suburb to Munich city centre.

For years after its foundation the club has managed to bring 150 members to the club, most of them German locals with their international friends from more than ten countries around the world. The RCU therefore is in the Top 5 of the biggest rugby clubs (out of 29) in Bavaria.
Also Unterföhring was the smallest municipality in Germany with its own rugby union club. from 2012 until 2016. The RCU also has a growing youth section within the club. The U10 became second in the Bavarian Championship 2014/15.
Starting with 2016 the RCU also has a women's team playing in the Deutsche 7er-Liga Frauen Süd.
