Ogie Díaz is a Filipino comedian, actor and show business reporter. He is also popularly known as "Pekto", the name of his character in the long-running former television show Palibhasa Lalake. Currently he became of being an assistant in many series. 2016 he became viral because he pranked by Vice Ganda through a call in MOR 101.9 saying that his number was found backside of the restroom's door.

Born on 2 January 1970, Díaz has four children with partner Mirasol del Rosario. Díaz began his career as an assistant to Cristy Fermin at Mariposa Publications, eventually becoming an entertainment writer and an actor. Díaz was also previously the manager of comedian Vice Ganda for four years. He is now managing Liza Soberano.
