The town of Mullanpur Dakha, also known as Mandi Mullanpur, is a Nagar panchayat in the Ludhiana district of the Indian state of Punjab. While serving as a grain market for the local area, the town has developed into a marketplace for other goods due to it having transport routes to the surrounding villages.

In 2001, Mullanpur Dakha had a population of 14,607. Males constituted 53% of the population and females 47%. Though India's national average literacy rate was 59.5%, Mullanpur Dakha had a much higher average literacy rate of 69%.
