Mandai Depot (Chinese: 万礼车厂) is a full maintenance train depot located in Mandai in Singapore. Currently under construction, It will be operational from 2019 onwards.

Located at a 32 ha (79 acres) site bounded by Mandai Road, Seletar Expressway and Lor Lada Hitam, it is within the Mandai Agrotechnology Park. and has the capacity to stable up to 90 trains.
The Depot will serve the upcoming Thomson-East Coast Line and will include a rail administration building, stabling yard, test track and control room. The administrative building will house the OCC and DCC for the Thomson-East Coast Line. A 66kV substation will be built to support the operation of the TEL.
The depot is located between Woodlands station and Springleaf station on the Thomson-East Coast Line and has 3 reception tracks: 1 track Woodlands South-bound towards Woodlands station and 2 tracks Sungei Bedok-bound towards Springleaf station.

History
First announced by the Land Transport Authority on 16 June 2011, construction of the depot would commence at the end of 2012 and is expected to be an at-grade depot. As a result of the construction, the farm, Orchidville that previously occupied the site was acquired. Prior to the acquisition, Orchidville was the largest orchid farm in Singapore.
Integration of Bus Depot
Integrated within Mandai Train Depot for the Thomson-East Coast Line, this future bus depot will house maintenance facilities and a large enclosed bus park built above the train depot’s maintenance shed.
