Luobei County (simplified Chinese: 萝北县; traditional Chinese: 蘿北縣; pinyin: Luóběi Xiàn) is a county of eastern Heilongjiang province, People's Republic of China. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Hegang.
