Lily Mo Sheen was born on January 31, 1999, in London, England. She is 21 years old, as of 2020. Lily earlier went to a school for gifted children. She was, later, enrolled at the Harvard-Westlake School in Studio City, Los Angeles after moving to the city with her parents.
She graduated from the school in 2017 and managed to grab a seat in a college of her choice at the New York University. By 2017, her biological parents, Michael Sheen and Kater Bechinsale had separated. But the couple reunited to attend their daughter's graduation ceremony. Her mother, in fact, shared a picture of Lily from her first day at school juxtaposed to a picture from her last day of school to celebrate her graduation on social media.
