Kira Vincent-Davis (born July 9, 1979) is an American voice actress best known for her work in English-language versions of Japanese anime. She voices Lucy/Nyu in Elfen Lied, Minagi Tono in Air, Ayumu Kasuga in Azumanga Daioh, Mizuki Tachibana in Gravion, Rino Rando and Pucchan in Best Student Council, Chaika Trabant in Chaika - The Coffin Princess, and Mio Sakamoto in the Strike Witches series. She has worked with dubbing production companies ADV Films, Sentai Filmworks, and Funimation.

Biography
On August 4, 2017 it was announced that Vincent-Davis gives voice to high school student Shinobu Wakamiya, the national champion in competitive karuta, in Sentai Filmworks' English dub of the anime adaptation of Yuki Suetsugu's manga series Chihayafuru. The animated television series first aired in Japan in 2011. Sentai's dub of the first season was released on DVD and Blu-ray, in the United States of America, on September 12, 2017.
