The main story was written by P. S. Vaithyanathan.it is the remake of kannada movie "naa mechchida huduga" with kalpana in lead role. Music by V. Kumar assets to the movie. Starring Gemini Ganesan , P. Bhanumathi , Kalpana , Sivakumar , Sreekanth , Thengai Srinivasan and Manorama. But, Gemini Ganesan and P. Bhanumathi was played lead role in protagonist.
