Karachay-Cherkessia was meant to be one of the Participating countries and regions competing in the first Bala Turkvision Song Contest. The same as in Turkvision Song Contest they will pair up with Kabardino-Balkaria

History
Karachay-Cherkessia will make their début in the Bala Turkvision Song Contest at the 2015 festival, in Turkey. However, later on 7 December it was announced that they were forced to withdraw due to the current state of international relations between the Russian Federation and Turkey.
