Joël Lightbound MP (born February 8, 1988) is a Canadian Liberal politician, who was elected to represent the riding of Louis-Hébert in the House of Commons of Canada in the 2015 federal election.

In 2008, Lightbound was interviewed stating that he did not support Quebec sovereignty. That year Lightbound was awarded the Cardinal Roy Trophy from Cegep Champlain. He later attended McGill Law School, where he was awarded a prize for his participation in the National Laskin Moot. He initially articled with the Montreal offices of Fasken Martineau, and prior to his election practised law in the Quebec City area, specializing in immigration.
