Inegocia is a genus of flatheads native to the eastern Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean.

There are three recognized species in this genus:

Inegocia harrisii (McCulloch, 1914) (Harris's flathead)

Inegocia japonica (G. Cuvier, 1829) (Japanese flathead)

Inegocia ochiaii Imamura, 2010
