Hakea francisiana, commonly called the emu tree, is a shrub or tree of the genus Hakea native to an area in the Wheatbelt, Mid West and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The non-lignotuberous shrub or tree typically grows to a height of 3 to 8 metres (9.8 to 26.2 ft). It blooms from July to October and produces pink-red flowers.
