Hakea bucculenta (Red Pokers) is a large shrub in the family Proteaceae. It is indigenous to the area between Shark Bay and Geraldton in Western Australia. The species is closely related to Hakea francisiana.

It grows to a height of between 1.5 and 4.5 m and produces showy terminal orange-red elongated flowers in winter and spring, followed by woody seed capsules which are 22 mm long and 15 mm wide. Its leaves are long and narrow and are 90 to 200 mm in length and between 1 and 3 mm wide.
