Global Liveability Ranking is a list of 140 cities published by the Economist Intelligence Unit. The ranking considers 30 factors related to things like public safety, healthcare, education, infrastructure and environment. The 2015 index saw decreases in liveability in several cities related to civil unrest in the US and ongoing conflicts in Syria, Ukraine and Libya. The 2016 index continued this trend.
