Gaursons India Limited (GIL) is based in NCR. It was incorporated in 1995 as a private limited company and was later on converted into public limited company in year 2000. The company was founded by Mr. B.L. Gaur in the year 1995. Mr. Manoj Gaur is the Managing Director of the company. Till date the company has done more than 4.5 million Sqft of real estate development in Delhi NCR region particularly in Noida, Ghaziabad and Yamuna Expressway region. The company and its subsidiaries are currently executing 17 residential projects and 13 commercial project. Gaursons has also developed township project named Gaur City in Greater Noida West. In 2012, when Allahabad High Court cancelled land acquisition done by private builders, Gaurson Gaur City project also got impacted because of this ruling. Gaursons has recently launched a township project named Gaur Yamuna City on Yamuna Expressway on the land purchased from Jaypee Group Then gaur sons because of lack of fund surrendered half the land back to Jaypee. Gaursons have recently completed Gaurs Cascade project in Ghaziabad and Gaurs Saundaryam in Greater Noida.
