Gaur Yamuna City

Gaur Yamuna City is a group housing residential city located on Yamuna Expressway. Spread in over 1.2 square kilometers, Gaur Yamuna City is developed by Gaursons India. It has 20,000 residential apartments, hospitals, schools and commercial complex. Gaur Yamuna City land was originally part of Dankaur Village and after acquisition this land was allocated to Jaypee Group in lieu of development of Yamuna Expressway Highway. This land acquisition saw protests by farmers in 2011. and the issue finally got settled when farmers got extra compensation and 7% of developed land in lieu of the acquired land. Gaursons India purchased this from Jaypee Group for 1500 crore rupees and will be investing 5000 crore in next 4 years.
