Story

The movie begins with Ricky (Timmy Hung) as a chef at a restaurant owned by manager One-Eye dragon (Law Ka-ying). One day Ricky's father died and left him a large inheritance of money. Later Ricky quits his job, and goes to Osaka, Japan to find his brother Mike (Wayne Lai). It turns out Mike has a vision for a Chinese restaurant combined with live Osaka Pro Wrestling in Hong Kong. They try holding a recruiting session at the restaurants and attracted all kinds of weird people from fire breathing Bruce Lee look alike, drunken kung fu masters, chinese dynasty warriors to sumo wrestlers. Mike's ex-wife, Maye (Gloria Yip) threatens to take their son to Canada.

Soon Ricky pretends to be wrestling star Super Delfin as part of the restaurant show. Earlier in the story Ricky accidentally interrupts a Japanese actress named Kyoko (Miku Ueno) in the middle of a commercial filming causing her to get fired. Kyoko becomes stranded in Hong Kong, comes looking for, a job and mistakes Ricky for the real Super Delfin star.

Soon the restaurant would become a smash hit, though it was opened right across the street from Ricky's old employer restaurant owned by One-eye dragon. The competition heats up and One-eye dragon cannot compete with this wrestling restaurant. He tries to screw them over with pranks and tricks. One of the pranks contaminated the food, and successfully drove the wrestling restaurant out of business. Food expert Chau (Sammo Hung) showed up one day and was extremely impressed with their xiaolongbao dish. The restaurant was brought back to fame, while One-eye dragon returns to try to drive them out of business again.
