Edward Tony Green a.k.a. T. Money Green is a bass player best known for his work with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, George Clinton, Warren G, and The Dramatics. His playing can be heard on almost every song that was released by Death Row records during the early to mid-1990s. After 20 years as bass player and band director for The Dramatics, Green landed the job of bass player and band director for Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. He is also well-known for his writing, recording, producing, mixing, and mastering songs. He also produced one of the singles on the soundtrack for the 1994 film Above the Rim, which won Soundtrack of the Year at the 1995 Source Awards. T. Money continues to work with Warren G, Nate Dogg, and other hip-hop artists.

Early years
His first gold album credit was by The Dramatics in 1977.
T. Money started playing the bass at 14 years old. Forming his first band in 1971, the Original 'Roadwork’ crew. T. Money then moved on to work with The Dramatics (1974–1992). His involvement with the over the course of two decades evolved into a relationship where Tony co-wrote and composed many hits that charted, all while touring the world. He moved on to produce David Ruffin Jr., son of the late David Ruffin, who was the lead singer for The Temptations during the Motown era.
Great success would follow when Tony became the bass player and producer for Death Row Records (1992–1995). He assisted in the creation of the G-Funk and Gangsta Rap sound that can be heard on the multi-platinum albums Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg, and All Eyez on Me by Tupac - developing the chart topping hits such as Gin & Juice, Doggy Dogg World, California Love, and You Can't See Me. During this time he also wrote and produced two tracks from the soundtrack for the 1994 film Above the Rim, T. Money continues to work with Warren G., Nate Dogg and other hip-hop artists.
Present
Many of T. Money's projects to date include a blend of original eclectic funk, soul, R&B, Rock and Hip Hop influences. In addition, T. Money also works with Downsound Records in Jamaica (1995–Present) where he has help to produce artists like Anthony B, Lukie D, Lady Saw and Elephant Man.
T. Money currently resides in Detroit, MI where he owns his own label Hyped International Records (1991–present). He has signed various local acts to Hyped International including K-Stone, B-Deff, Eric McAfee, and Pinnacle. He continues to release albums on this label, including the latest double album Second and Antoinette with mixing and mastering completed at Studio A in Detroit.
T. Money currently works with his new 'Roadwork' band while continuing to mentor and work closely with some of Detroit's finest musicians and performers including, Shadow, Misfit, Maverick, David Ruffin Jr., David Shelton, Skenz, Miss Lulu, Steve Caldwell, and Andy Miles. T Money Green is producer and writer of three cult type records that have grown to be vary rare recordings with DJs in the underground vinyl trade. "When the Cats Away" (1983) and "watch for the morning",(1982)and "hold on tight" (1982) on the detroit group "5 oclock" and on the label "O'Clock Records",and Keep the Groove and "bostonian Message"(1981) on the group he fronted "Bostonian" on the "Platinum Blue Rose" Record Label.
