History
Till 2008, it was part of the Sidhi district which was bifurcated to create Singrauli district,(which is created by our cm shivraj singh chauhan ) tehsils, Singrauli, Chitrangi,and Deosar.but at 2012 two new tehsils are added name are sarai and mada.it is also known as Bijaura.District Headquarter is approximately 50 km from Deosar, which has Road connectivity.
