Coptotriche badiiella is a moth of the family Tischeriidae. It is found in North America, including Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Arkansas, the District of Columbia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Ontario.

The larvae feed on Quercus species, including Quercus alba and Quercus palustris. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine has the form of an ovate blotch mine.
