Catherine A. Labonte Cloutier (born July 25, 1950 in Springfield, Massachusetts) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Delaware Senate since January 9, 2001 representing District 10. Cloutier has served in the Delaware General Assembly continuously since 1999, in the Delaware House of Representatives until 2001.
