Bram N. Weinstein (born January 22, 1973 in Silver Spring) is an American sportscaster. He joined ESPN in May 2008 for ESPNEWS, and became a SportsCenter host in 2010. He left ESPN in 2015.

Career

Bram Weinstein Grand Slam Saturday Night with ESPN 980 Sportscaster Bram Weinstein

Prior to working for ESPN, Weinstein was a sports radio personality in Washington, D.C. Weinstein worked for Triple X ESPN Radio, which broadcasts in Washington, D.C. on 94.3 FM, 92.7 FM and 730 AM. Weinstein was the lead Triple X ESPN Radio beat reporter for the Washington Redskins whose games are broadcast on Triple X ESPN Radio. He was the sideline reporter during radio game broadcasts, co-hosted Redskins Lunch and Redskins Radio with play-by-play announcer Larry Michael and hosted The Bram Weinstein Show.

Weinstein previously worked for CNN's Washington Bureau, KHAS-TV in Hastings, Nebraska and WTEM in Washington, D.C.

Personal

A native of Maryland, Weinstein was raised in a conservative Jewish household. He graduated from Springbrook High School in Silver Spring, Maryland. He later continued his education at American University in Washington, D.C. where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Mu. He graduated in 1995 from the School of Communications with a B.A in Broadcast Journalism.

Weinstein resides in Connecticut with his wife and two children.
