Ben 10 (or often referred to as Ben 10 2016) is an American reboot animated television series based on the 2005 TV series of the same name. Cartoon Network announced the series in June 2015. The series was released in October 2016 across Europe, the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, and will premiere in North and Latin America on March 2017.

Building on the franchise about the kid hero Ben Tennyson, Ben 10 introduces a re-imagined Ben, his cousin Gwen, and Grandpa Max, as they travel the country during summer vacation. When Ben finds the Omnitrix, a mysterious watch that transforms him into 10 different aliens, a world of extraterrestrial superpowers opens up to him. Produced by Cartoon Network Studios and 10 Speed TV Pictures in South Africa, the series is created and executive produced by Man of Action, with John Fang on board as supervising producer but also as executive producer.

  • Ben Tennyson: (voiced by Tara Strong) Titular character and the ten-year-old cousin of Gwen and grandson of Max Tennyson. He is the wielder of the most powerful device in the galaxy, the Omnitrix, which can turn him into a variety of extraterrestrial creatures; each possessing their own abilities. His immaturity often gets him into trouble.
  • Gwen Tennyson: (voiced by Montserrat Hernandez) Ben's resourceful ten-year-old cousin who uses her keen intellect to help in stopping villains. Her favorite superheroine of all time is Lucky Girl. She possesses strong magical powers but has yet to realize this.
  • Maxwell Tennyson: (voiced by David Kaye) Ben and Gwen's paternal grandfather who was, in his younger years, an intergalactic police officer in an organization called "the Plumber."

  • Billy Billions: (voiced by Gunnar Sizemore) A rich kid who loves to get his way. His weapons usually involve an assortment of high tech robots.
  • J.T. and Cash: Two of Ben's worst rivals and bullies at school.
  • Hex: (voiced by Robin Atkin-Downes) A tremendously powerful sorcerer who desires world domination, debuting in "Freaky Ben Gwen." At one point, he had coveted the wand of the great Merlin, but was defeated by Gwen as Lucky Girl.   • Lord Decibel: Debuting in "Don't Let the Brass Drop," is a D.J. who controls sound and music to become the best singer. He can erect a solid sound wall.
