In the third episode, Rozova received a makeover that changed her naturally brown, wavy hair to platinum blonde. Rozova won three challenges, including a nude photoshoot photographed by Nigel Barker and also won the opportunity to appear in a 7Up advertisement with an "Au Naturale" theme, receiving $10,000 from 7Up.
