Acacia nigripilosa is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Mid West, Goldfields and Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia.

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 to 2 metres (1.6 to 6.6 ft). It blooms from July to September and produces yellow flowers.

There are two recognized subspecies:
