The 2013–14 Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball team represented the University of Wisconsin–Madison in the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. This was Bo Ryan's 12th season as head coach at Wisconsin. The team played their home games at the Kohl Center and are members of the Big Ten Conference. They finished the season 30–8, 12–6 in Big Ten play to finish in a tie for second place. They advanced to the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament where they lost to Michigan State. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament where they defeated American, Oregon, Baylor and Arizona to advance to the Final Four where they lost to Kentucky.

    Records and milestones

  • On November 19, 2013, Frank Kaminsky broke the Wisconsin's single game record for most points with 43 against North Dakota.
  • On December 4, 2013, Bo Ryan won his 300th game at Wisconsin during a 48–38 victory over Virginia. Ryan became only the 9th Big Ten head coach to win 300 games.
  • On January 8, 2014, Wisconsin defeated Illinois 95–70 giving the Badgers a 16–0 record, the best start in the school's history.
  • On March 14, 2014, Wisconsin defeated Minnesota 83–57 giving coach Bo Ryan his 700th career victory as a head coach.
  • On March 22, 2014, Ben Brust broke the record for most career three pointers with his 228th vs. the Oregon during a 85–77 victory in the third round of the 2014 NCAA Tournament. The previous record was held by Tim Locom (1988–91).
  • On March 29, 2014, Wisconsin defeated Arizona 64-63 to qualify for the NCAA Final Four for the third time in school history, its first since the 2000 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament
