The 2012 All-Australian team represents the best performed Australian Football League (AFL) players in the 2012 season. It was announced on Monday, 17 September 2012, as a complete Australian rules football team of 22 players, with Darren Glass (West Coast) named as captain and Gary Ablett (Gold Coast) named as vice-captain. An initial squad of 40 players was previously announced on 5 September 2012. The team is honorary and does not actually play any games.
