The 1991 English cricket season was notable for some outstanding fast bowling performances by Messrs Ambrose, Donald and Waqar. The West Indies toured England to compete in a test series which was drawn 2-2. Sri Lanka also toured England to compete in a one match test series with England. England won 1-0.
