Yucca carnerosana is a species of North American plants in the asparagus family. Common name is "Giant Spanish Dagger." In the United States, it is a rare, localized plant known only from Brewster County in western Texas. The species is, however, widely distributed in northern Mexico (Coahuila, Durango, Zacatecas, Nuevo León). It is also cultivated in Europe and in many other locations.

Yucca carnerosana is branched and arborescent, up to 20 feet tall, with showy white flowers.
