Youssoupha Ndiaye (born 1938) is the chairman of the International Olympic Committee (IOC)'s Ethics Committee since February 2007, and an IOC member since 2002.

Ndiaye was formerly Minister of Sport of Senegal, and president of Senegal's Supreme Court.
Ndiaye was re-elected as Ethics Committee chairman in July 2015.
