Announcement

The Tour was announced on 3 April 2016 and was carried by news and social media. The announcement of the Tour coincided with the announcement of the release of her cover album of the Carpenters aptly named Classic Carpenters on 22 April 2016. Classic Carpenters debuted at number three in the Australian ARIA Album Charts and #1 on the Australian Album Chart and #1 on the Physical Chart. When it was first announced, the Tour was scheduled for 36 shows that traverse the whole of Australia, including many regional locations. Subsequently, due to the successful reception of the Tour, with many locations being sold out, some way ahead of schedule, two additional dates were added.
