Yann-Alexandre Fillion (born February 14, 1996) is a Canadian soccer player who currently plays for Umeå FC on loan from FC Zürich.

FC Montreal
On March 13, 2015, it was announced that Fillion would join USL club FC Montreal for their inaugural season. He made his professional debut for the club on March 28 in a 2–0 defeat to Toronto FC II. Fillion would spend parts of two seasons with FC Montreal before the club ceased operations after the 2016 season.
FC Zürich
After his time with FC Montreal, Fillion signed a 5 year with Swiss Super League club FC Zürich in May 2016. In February 2017, it was announced that Fillion would be loaned to Swedish Division 1 club Umeå FC for the 2017 season.
