Yang Teng-kuei (1938 – December 31, 2012) was a Taiwanese film producer and media mogul credited with expanding the audience for Taiwanese cinema. His credits included A City of Sadness in 1989, Goodbye South, Goodbye in 1996, and Flowers of Shanghai in 1998.

Yang opened a concert hall in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in the 1980s. He was imprisoned on Green Island, Taiwan, beginning from 1985 to 1988 for ties to organized crime. Yang launched Polyface Entertainment Media Group in March 2011 with an estimated investment of $172 million (NT$5 billion).

Yang Teng-kuei died of a stroke in Taipei, Taiwan, on December 31, 2012, at the age of 74.
