1997

Wrestlepalooza (1997) was a live event that took place on June 7, 1997 in the ECW Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US.

Wrestlepalooza (1997) is known for Tommy Dreamer pinning Raven for the first time, marking the end of a feud that first began in January 1995. Raven subsequently left ECW and joined World Championship Wrestling.

1998

The event features the final TV appearance of the Junkyard Dog, who died one month later in a car accident. JYD was introduced, along with Bob Armstrong, Dick Slater, and the Masked Superstar, in tribute to their legacy as Southern wrestling stars.
