Westwood is a home rule-class city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 612 at the 2000 census.

Westwood is located at 38°16′45″N 85°34′58″W (38.279270, -85.582670).

Demographics
As of the census of 2000, there were 612 people, 217 households, and 189 families residing in the city. The population density was 4,729.5 people per square mile (1,817.7/km²). There were 218 housing units at an average density of 1,684.7 per square mile (647.5/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 97.55% White, 0.49% African American, 0.98% Asian, and 0.98% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.31% of the population.
There were 217 households out of which 36.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 80.2% were married couples living together, 3.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 12.9% were non-families. 11.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.82 and the average family size was 3.04.
In the city, the population was spread out with 25.0% under the age of 18, 5.4% from 18 to 24, 21.7% from 25 to 44, 29.9% from 45 to 64, and 18.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
