Celebrating the seder the washington haggadah
The Washington Haggadah (Hebrew: הגדת וושינגטון) is a Hebrew-language haggadah created by Joel ben Simeon in 1478. It was given to the United States Library of Congress in 1916 by Ephraim Deinard as part of the Third Deinard Collection. Originally referred to as Hebraic Manuscript #1, it has since been referred to as the Washington Haggadah in honor of the city.

As of 18 June 2011, the haggadah is on display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
