Warrnambool railway station is the terminus of the Port Fairy line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the city of Warrnambool, and opened on 4 February 1890.

Beyond the station, the line continues for a further five kilometres to Dennington, that is served by freight trains. This section officially became working under siding conditions on 26 April 1988, with the train staff between Warrnambool - Dennington abolished. Beyond Dennington, the line continued for a further 37 kilometres to Port Fairy, until it closed in November 1977.

On 14 July 2008, the freight shed siding at the eastern side of the station was booked out of use, with the points abolished, and the siding was removed.
