Warbat

Warbat (Arabic: وربات‎‎) is an Arabic sweet pastry (originally from Jordan) similar to baklava, consisting of layers thin phyllo dough filled with custard, sometimes also filled with pistachios, walnuts, almonds, or sweet cheese.
