Wainganga Bahu-Uddeshiya Vikas Sanstha was established and registered in 1990. The college is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and the government of Maharashtra and is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. The college has good infrastructure, well equipped laboratories, vast library, internet facility, workshop, play grounds and greenlushed campus.

About the society
Wainganga Bahu-uddeshiya Vikas Sanstha was established in 1991, headed by Dr. Brahmanand Karanjekar. It now runs 15 school/colleges. The society is engaged in social activities such as Sahitya Sammelan, Social Service Camps, Sports, Seminars, Conferences, Health Camps, N.S.S. Camps etc.
Over the years there are merit students in Pharmacy, Physical Education and Arts College. The Champion trophy in Sports and cultural activities has been won by D. Ed. Students.
