Volney Rouse (born December 6, 1983) is an American rugby union player. Volney plays flyhalf for the USA national rugby union team. He was selected to tour with the USA Eagles XV for the Autumn 2010 tour of Europe. Volney earned his first cap playing against Russia for the USA in June 2010. Volney plays his club rugby in San Francisco California for San Francisco Golden Gate Rugby Club.
