Critical reception
Andy Kellman of Allmusic gave the album two and a half stars out of five, noting the presence of older songs, poor mixing, and that some of the album's less dance friendly tracks were not remixed or altered and were presented in their original form, concluding that album "provides a satisfactory selection of tracks from the past couple years, but the series was once more up to date and boasted decent DJ'ing."
