Ty Longley (September 4, 1971 – February 20, 2003) was an American guitarist and vocalist. He was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Brookfield High School in Brookfield, Ohio.

Longley joined the band Great White in 2000, played in Samantha 7, The Bullet Boys, and played in Nick Menza's solo project. Ty also did session work for many artists including Nancy Sinatra and appears unnamed on many works of music. He died in The Station nightclub fire on February 20, 2003, which claimed a total of 100 lives. Ty unplugged his guitar and ran across the club, using his guitar to break out windows and ultimately save 3 lives including the opening band's merchandise guy. Reports are Ty Longley died helping save others. He was the only band member to die in the fire. His son Acey is also a musician and runs a charity for hospitalized children in his father's memory. In 2013 the American Red Cross Chicago named Ty Longley's only child, Acey their Youth Good Samaritan Hero and the Chicago Tribune named Acey one of their most inspiring stories of the year 2012. Longley left behind, Heidi (Peralta) Longley, who was 3 months pregnant with the couple's first child. Their son AceyTy Christopher Longley was born in August 12, 2003.
